• Every program package consists of 5 or 10 weekly sessions, which include practices and homework (customized practices for you to do before the next meeting or session).

We strongly recommend a 10-session commitment. It is hard work to change old thoughts, habits, and actions. Agreeing to a 10-session package shows commitment to yourself and the change you would like to make in your life. Devote yourself to making a concentrated effort and understand that it takes time and determination. The rewards are worth it!
